Weekly Internet M&A Deal List Overview

For many years I have sent out a weekly Internet deal list which focuses primarily on sub $10mm private market deals. This list goes out to over 2,000 Internet executives around the world. Some of the recipients of the list are other brokers, investment bankers and consultants who in turn send the list to their base of contacts, so I really don't know how many people actually see the list each week. Typically each week I add 1-3 new deals and take 1-3 deals off the list. At the top of the list I highlight the new deals, the deals coming off the list, how the deal list works, which deals are my sellside clients, and a list of the articles I have written over the years about mergers, acquisitions and valuations in the Internet service sector.
